About the Creator

Hey there, friends! I’m Meg, and I’m egg-cited you’re here! I’m a proud mom to three amazing kids and wife to my amazing husband. Right now, I’m taking a break from my job with the local school board to finally chase my childhood dream of writing a book. It feels so good to be living my dream!

This book series is inspired by my incredible family and my best friend of over 25 years (who’s basically family too!). The stories are all about celebrating everyone—from kids with glasses, to those with physical disabilities (including some awesome kids in wheelchairs!), to Boom’s sister Indie, who has Autism Spectrum Disorder.

As a mom of three kids with their own unique abilities, it’s my top priority to make sure my books are inclusive, kind, and full of awareness. I truly believe that being unique is a BEE-utiful gift, and I hope that message shines through in every page I write.
